Job Overview

Prestige International Insurance Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing finance contracts, inputting data into computer systems, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage finance contracts with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Enter data from invoices, intake forms, and other sources into computer systems and databases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in databases.
  • Retrieve information from databases or electronic files as needed.
  • Organize and file paperwork after data entry to ensure payroll distribution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of database systems and functionality.
  • Excellent command of English (oral and written) with strong customer service skills.

Salary Range: $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
