Corporate Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Seasons Psychotherapy Associates LLC. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive in maintaining organization and efficiency as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including drafting and editing emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, send reminders, and coordinate logistics.
  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Utilize software tools to create reports and support special projects.
  • Take on special projects and assignments, requiring independent problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and the team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High School degree or equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology tools.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Benefits and Compensation

This role comes with a competitive salary of $15-$18 per hour, plus benefits.
