About the Role

As a Real Estate Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining lease agreements, handling customer communications, scheduling property showings, and coordinating repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Draft correspondences, notices, and other formal documents.
  • Plan and schedule appointments, inspections, and maintenance services.
  • Greet and assist onsite guests.
  • Answer and manage inbound telephone calls and emails promptly.
  • Take initiative to identify and resolve administrative challenges.
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed.
  • Real Estate Operations Duties:
  • Manage and maintain lease agreements, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
  • Handle customer communications, including resolving complaints, sending notices, and providing guidance for customer needs.
  • Schedule and perform property showings and open houses for prospective customers.
  • Coordinate and oversee property repairs and maintenance to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  • Collect rent payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and manage payment records.
  • Assist in preparing and managing budgets for real estate expenses.
  • Handle customer move-ins and move-outs, including walk-through inspections and security deposit management.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of real estate-related documents, such as leases, insurance, and vendor agreements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate operations, property management, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • English/Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
  • Knowledge of real estate software is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively and professionally.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
