Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Plantation, FL. As an essential member of our office operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily activities. Your primary responsibilities will include managing schedules, maintaining files, and facilitating communication within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administrative role, strong organizational skills, and experience with QuickBooks Online. You should also possess excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with light accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and expense tracking.
