About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with others to provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Become familiar with agency guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Create and maintain commercial and personal lines client accounts through our client management system.
  • Implement policy change requests and endorsements to meet client needs.
  • Order Loss Runs and Motor Vehicle Records reports to support client services.
  • Assist with creating and preparing insurance proposals to meet client requirements.
  • Learn the elements of a Certificate of Insurance and prepare COIs for distribution in all different types of coverage.
  • Communicate with entities requesting COIs to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Import client employee information to support Employee Benefits services.
  • Assist with coordination and preparation of seminars and client events throughout the year.
  • Assist with Business Development and Marketing Research to support business growth.
  • Assist with quoting and account rounding projects to meet client needs.
  • Maintenance and client setup on risk management and benefits software.
  • Potential member of our Catastrophic Team.
  • Perform other client service administrative tasks with increasing complexity.
  • Attend and participate in various online and in-person seminars to increase knowledge of technical and soft skills.
Requirements
  • Florida 4-40 or 2-20 License within 6 months of hire.
  • High School degree; Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow as an insurance professional.
  • Minimum of 6 months of prior employment.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel required.

This role operates in a professional office environment with a moderate noise level.
