Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with others to provide exceptional client service and support.
- Become familiar with agency guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless client interactions.
- Create and maintain commercial and personal lines client accounts through our client management system.
- Implement policy change requests and endorsements to meet client needs.
- Order Loss Runs and Motor Vehicle Records reports to support client services.
- Assist with creating and preparing insurance proposals to meet client requirements.
- Learn the elements of a Certificate of Insurance and prepare COIs for distribution in all different types of coverage.
- Communicate with entities requesting COIs to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Import client employee information to support Employee Benefits services.
- Assist with coordination and preparation of seminars and client events throughout the year.
- Assist with Business Development and Marketing Research to support business growth.
- Assist with quoting and account rounding projects to meet client needs.
- Maintenance and client setup on risk management and benefits software.
- Potential member of our Catastrophic Team.
- Perform other client service administrative tasks with increasing complexity.
- Attend and participate in various online and in-person seminars to increase knowledge of technical and soft skills.
- Florida 4-40 or 2-20 License within 6 months of hire.
- High School degree; Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong desire to learn and grow as an insurance professional.
- Minimum of 6 months of prior employment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel required.
This role operates in a professional office environment with a moderate noise level.
