Acting as an extension of our clients, the Client Services team is responsible for helping to solve issues across various product lines and advancing the firm’s position as an innovative leader in the industry.
We're in search of dedicated individuals to join our Client Services team, offering multiple opportunities for growth and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients across incoming phone calls and support tickets. Responsible for account-related or trading inquiries across various product lines, including equities, options, margin, and/or futures.
- Leverage client feedback to streamline and enhance internal processes across the platform, collaborating closely with product and technology teams to elevate the client experience and enhance firm efficiency.
- Adhere to all compliance, risk, and industry protocols to minimize risk exposure for the firm.
- Review account-opening documentation, including applications and IDs, to facilitate the growth of the firm's client base while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Series 7 preferred
- Finance experience (equities, options, futures) at a retail brokerage firm preferred, but not required.
- Motivated, self-starter capable of effective collaboration, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong desire to work for a leader in the FinTech space.
