Job Summary:

Zelis Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure successful processing of claims communications, payments, and ID cards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to provide leadership and technical solutions to accomplish business objectives
  • Communicate and support the Zelis Healthcare vision/direction with clients and team members
  • Develop and sustain productive customer relationships
  • Proactively identify complex problems and implement solutions in a deadline-driven environment
  • Establish courses of action for self and others to ensure efficient work completion
  • Support continuous improvement efforts both internally and externally
  • Provide high-level customer service and satisfaction on all team accounts
  • Expand knowledge of Zelis Healthcare and client business processes, technical systems, software, and delivery processes for case/issue management
  • Continual adherence to HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous customer service experience
  • Experience working as a relationship or client service manager, implementation, and/or project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in gathering business requirements, root cause analysis, business rule configuration, and/or testing software configuration
  • Knowledge of Jira and/or Salesforce

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare, or technology
