Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist

We are hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to work in our St. Petersburg office on a hybrid basis (1-2 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successful client onboarding, opening new accounts for existing clients, and closing terminated relationships.
  • Initiation, processing, and coordination of all account opening processes required to enable transactions for investment and client-facing professionals.
  • Partnership with various operations teams for the client onboarding process and special projects to continuously improve the process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-5 years of experience in the financial services industry required.
  • Experience with client onboarding or KYC and AML experience highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong aptitude to understand, utilize, and improve technology platforms.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to work independently or within a group to effectively solve problems and drive results.
  • Prior experience working with senior-level professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle client account information.
  • Trust Administration background and knowledge or ability to review and interpret trust language a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and continually improve processes.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks.

There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation.

We expect the base salary for this position to range between $48K - $57K.
