About This Role

At Boundless Corp, we're seeking a seasoned marketing executive to lead our growth efforts and shape our marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C segments. As Vice President of Marketing and Growth, you'll be responsible for driving 100% YOY growth, leading product marketing and positioning, and developing a comprehensive demand generation and sales enablement strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Build the team: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, designing the organization structure, hiring the right talent, and developing the team.
  • Deliver results: Utilize data to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and customer insights to continually improve the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Manifest delight: Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align our cross-functional efforts to drive growth and deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
