Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the SVP-Business Development to develop and implement the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Own and manage the EBITDA Improvement Program, targeted to generate +$200M of incremental EBITDA by EOY 2026.
  • Collaborate with the SVP-Business Development and cross-functional teams to evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Lead the development of business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies to assess the viability and potential impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the SVP-Business Development, senior leaders, and department heads to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to anticipate potential disruptions and proactively recommend appropriate actions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by championing best practices and exploring new business models or operational strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry associations, government agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations to communicate strategic initiatives and progress to the SVP-Business Development, senior leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a Strategy Manager, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the department's success.
