Job Title: Vice President, Sales & Business Development

First Mode is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our sales and business development efforts. As Vice President, Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the heavy industries sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in heavy industries.
  • Identify new market opportunities and innovative revenue streams leveraging our products.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and influencers within industry sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market demand and customer needs.
  • Provide strategic direction on product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans based on market insights and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases in heavy industries.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading global sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify expansion opportunities.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range: $213,000 - $319,000.
