We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Coconut Grove, FL. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient office management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
  • Assist with office management duties, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Organize files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy access to information.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and other office software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with calendar management and front desk operations is preferred.
  • A keen eye for detail, especially in proofreading documents.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, with 40 hours of work per week.
