We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant in our Coconut Grove, FL office. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in Google Suite.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of customer service experience and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to various departments.
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinating meetings and serving as the first point of contact at the front desk.
  • Assisting with office management duties, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Proofreading documents and supporting customer service efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and other office software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
