Job Title: Business Development Manager

At NextGen Retail Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Supervision: Actively supervise and participate in prospecting efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Sales Development Oversight: Develop and implement strategic sales plans under your supervision to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Insights Management: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and adapt sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building & Mentorship: Lead efforts to establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Foster a deep understanding of our products or services among team members to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience and proven success in field sales or leadership of teams selling our key categories.
  • Self-starter with high level of initiative, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
