Front Office Assistant Job Description

At Professional Staffing Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team. As a Front Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and supporting the office staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office staff.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of front desk or administrative work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
