Regional Property Manager

Dominium is a leading affordable housing development and property management company with a mission to create quality, affordable homes and engage with residents to foster a sense of community and connectivity. We're seeking a motivated Regional Property Manager to join our team and help drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet financial goals for a portfolio of properties and develop strategic initiatives to ensure growth of net operating income.
  • Identify and develop resolutions for physical issues, develop aggressive and effective marketing solutions, and recruit, train, and develop site staff.
  • Ensure all reporting is complete and accurate, and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to at all properties within the portfolio.
  • Visit properties to inspect physical appearance and performance, and demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium.
  • Plan and coordinate exit strategies on properties when a property is sold or management is terminated.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in overseeing a portfolio of six or more affordable properties, with at least two years of experience as a multi-site supervisor.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at both community and corporate levels.
  • A willingness to provide exceptional customer service and a strong background in sales leadership, including sales training, goal setting, and performance management.
  • Experience with Tax Credit, Lease-up, and Project-Based Section 8 properties, as well as strong experience with compliance, file audits, and file approvals.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, budgeting, problem-solving, and supervisory skills, as well as solid technology skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Prior Yardi software experience is strongly preferred, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
