Job Title: Regional Property Manager

Job Summary:

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential communities throughout the Columbus metropolitan area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing business strategies, maximizing community success, and ensuring exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of a portfolio of communities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Execute capital improvement plans to enhance property value and resident satisfaction.
  • Achieve occupancy goals and maximize rental rates through effective marketing and leasing strategies.
  • Manage budgets, review operating expenses, and reconcile financial reports.
  • Supervise on-site staff, including hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions.
  • Coordinate with Site Managers to develop marketing and leasing strategies.
  • Train and motivate on-site staff to provide excellent customer service to residents.
  • Review operations at each property to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong financial analysis skills and ability to manage budgets.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work from home.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ideal candidate must possess an associate's degree in a related field (or higher).
  • MUST have two (2) plus years of multi-site residential property management experience.
  • Certified Property Manager, candidate, or other industry-specific designation is preferred.
  • Excellent management, leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate with staff and upper management via email, phone/video calls, and texts.
