- Train managers and directors on company policies and procedures, ensuring effective implementation.
- Oversee the development of all associates who supervise others, providing guidance and support.

- Draft and implement all firm policies related to human resources and people management.
- Function as a resource for employees, addressing complaints and issues in a fair and impartial manner.
- Act as a mediator in disputes between associates, promoting resolution and understanding.
- Manage employee schedules as needed, ensuring optimal productivity and work-life balance.
- Collaborate with the firm leadership team to design the organizational chart, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
- Write job descriptions for firm positions, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Consult with firm employment attorneys as needed, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and superior leadership abilities.
- Strong familiarity with MS Office Applications.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles requiring people or human resource management.
- Previous experience as a Chief People Officer or equivalent role preferred.
