  • Collaborate with the firm leadership team to design the organizational chart, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
  • Write job descriptions for firm positions, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Consult with firm employment attorneys as needed, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and superior leadership abilities.
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office Applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles requiring people or human resource management.
  • Previous experience as a Chief People Officer or equivalent role preferred.
