- Oversee the maintenance of the Foodbank's fleet and warehouse equipment
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including OSHA and food safety standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational performance
- Bachelor's degree in public/business administration, management, human services, or related fields
- Minimum five years of management experience in a related field
- Experience with inventory management software and a high level of computer mastery
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people from all backgrounds
