Job Summary:

As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that foster employee growth, improve job performance, and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery and Development Support:
    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, both in person and virtually.
    • Facilitate employee training on both soft and hard skills to all levels of personnel.
    • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures to ensure the transfer of learning.
    • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and in consultation with Cornerstone Building Brands employees.
    • Support the design and development of engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning, manuals, workshops, and other instructional content.
    • Ensure training programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with others within the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and material preparation.
    • Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
    • Prepare and present reports on training activities and outcomes.
