Key Responsibilities- Analyze learning needs and develop performance-based objectives to create effective instructional solutions.
- Design and develop a range of learning materials, including blended learning approaches, instructor-led in-person experiences, virtual classrooms, self-paced eLearning, and mobile solutions.
- Train, coach, and mentor facilitators in our Leader Led Learning Program to enhance their delivery skills and ensure consistency across programs.
- Consult with stakeholders and team members to develop learning solutions that align with Company strategies and objectives.
- Use data analytics to track and examine training programs and their effectiveness.
- Strong instructional design and development skills.
- Excellent facilitation skills, including virtual-live programming.
- Ability to work independently and within a small team, with a high degree of latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to build and cultivate relationships with leaders at all levels.
- Proficient in common instructional authoring technologies, including Articulate, Camtasia, or Audition.
- Previous experience in the learning and development field, with a focus on classroom-based and virtual learning.
