The Role
We are seeking a Sourcing Consultant to collaborate with one of our esteemed Financial Services clients. This position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in New York three days a week.

The salary range for this role in New York is between 75-90k.

As a Sourcing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our clients' success by building strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and Recruiters. Your ability to ask insightful questions will help you gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs and the specific requirements of each role. By utilizing data, historical hiring patterns, and market analysis, you will craft tailored sourcing strategies and employ various tools and techniques to identify top talent in the market. You will act as a brand ambassador for our clients, effectively communicating the unique aspects of each opportunity to engage candidates meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a Trusted Advisor
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to establish effective partnerships that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Utilize your expertise and resources while engaging with sourcing and talent intelligence specialists to create impactful sourcing strategies.
  • Provide valuable insights and thought leadership during recruitment discussions and vacancy briefings, ensuring a thorough understanding of the client's business and role specifics.
  • Communicate confidently with client stakeholders, leveraging your knowledge and AMS network to propose innovative solutions for attracting niche talent.
  • Deliver high-quality, engaged candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers, providing them with comprehensive information to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to share candidate feedback and address challenges, adapting recruitment strategies as necessary.

  • Demonstrate innovative thinking and a commitment to professional growth within your role.
Skills & Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in candidate sourcing or full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven experience in Financial Services, particularly in Wealth Management Front Office roles.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and Eightfold is advantageous.
  • Experience in maintaining data integrity within an ATS.
  • Expertise in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searching, to identify candidates through both active and passive channels.
  • Direct engagement experience with end-clients is preferred.
