Position Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled High Volume Recruiter. In this position, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and placing exceptional associate and senior-level candidates with our esteemed clients. The successful candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates, including online job platforms, social media, networking opportunities, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural alignment with client organizations.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to gain insights into their hiring requirements and organizational culture.
- Provide clients with valuable market insights, salary benchmarks, and industry trends to aid in their hiring strategies.
- Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process and an exceptional experience for candidates.
- Design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to draw in high-quality associate and senior-level candidates.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends to continually enhance the recruitment process and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, insights, and best practices.
- Offer mentorship and support to junior consultants, promoting a collaborative and encouraging team atmosphere.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain precise and current records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a recruitment consultant or talent partner.
- Strong comprehension of various industries and the relevant skill sets for different roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are advantageous.
