We are looking for a committed and skilled Epic MyChart Elbow Support Specialist to enhance our IT department. This position is crucial for maintaining the seamless operation of our Epic MyChart application for users. The specialist will deliver expert support and problem-solving for the Epic MyChart platform, particularly focusing on elbow functionality, to guarantee peak performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Assistance: Offer high-level assistance for Epic MyChart, tackling and resolving intricate issues related to elbow features and other elements.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and rectify technical challenges, including system malfunctions, data inconsistencies, and user access difficulties.
  • User Support: Aid end-users with MyChart-related questions, such as account creation, password recovery, and navigation challenges.
  • System Configuration: Work in conjunction with IT and Epic teams to tailor and adjust MyChart settings and functionalities to align with organizational requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Keep comprehensive records of support activities, documenting issue resolution processes and system modifications.
  • Training Development: Facilitate training sessions and produce educational resources for end-users to improve their MyChart experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Epic analysts, developers, and other IT personnel to address and resolve system challenges and implement enhancements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all support functions adhere to healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Compensation: $65.00 per hour
