Business Development Manager

HART GROUP is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and lead a team of sales representatives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation
