Job Overview:
The Project Engineer is responsible for the successful completion of engineering and construction projects by meticulously planning, organizing, and managing all technical aspects. This role also involves overseeing modifications and actively engaging in various technical tasks related to the project.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential projects
- Analyze proposal specifications and drawings to define the project scope and necessary estimate components
- Engage in pre-bid discussions, bid strategy sessions, and presentations as needed
- Prepare take-offs, estimates, and proposals
- Assist in client interactions to secure bids and verify pricing
- Collaborate with the Work Winning Manager and Chief Engineer on design and bid preparation
- Oversee the creation of plans and construction details throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure timely completion of projects under your supervision
- Conduct site visits to verify conditions, ensure work is executed correctly, and confirm design accuracy
- Assess ground conditions, design parameters, and potential challenges by reviewing geotechnical reports and soil boring logs
- Direct resources to achieve project timelines and budget constraints
- Compile daily activity reports, weekly cost analyses, and final project reports
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- Follow through on projects until completion
- Adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for diverse job site experiences involving various techniques and geological environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possibly scheduling software
- Strong work ethic and commitment to professional development
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills
- Team-oriented individual dedicated to fostering the growth of colleagues
- Ability to critically analyze problems, propose solutions, and determine actionable steps
- Open to receiving and implementing constructive feedback from management
- Maintain ethical standards at all times
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Preference for candidates with specialization in geotechnical, structural, or construction disciplines, along with relevant project or office experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in geotechnical or foundation projects
Compensation and Benefits:
