Senior Estimator Opportunity at Atlantic Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Atlantic Group. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing detailed cost estimates for Commercial, Multifamily, and Warehouse construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Estimation: Develop accurate and competitive bids for construction projects, working closely with the owner and Managing Partner.
  • Collaboration: Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing and ensure project needs are met.
  • Budget Analysis: Review project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts to maintain financial control.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with clients to secure projects.
  • Project Management: Utilize Procore or similar project management software to track project costs and progress.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of Construction experience required, with a focus on Commercial and Multifamily projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Procore or similar project management software and excellent computer skills.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Commercial Construction experience required.
  • Attributes: Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
