  • Proficiency in utilizing construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, HeavyBid, Civil 3D for efficient project execution.
  • Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
  • Flexibility to occasional travel to various project sites as required.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills along with proficiency in contract management for successful project outcomes.
