This is a temporary, fully remote outside sales role with the potential to become a full-time position. We're looking for a trailblazer to join us as our first-ever outside sales representative. We are a B2B service provider of payroll processing, group benefits brokering and administration, recruiting services, training services, and HR consulting. We serve clients throughout the United States, though we are headquartered in north Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to leadership.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Attend industry events and conferences as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the operations team based on client interactions.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: None required; Active Texas life and health license strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience selling B2B services required; Some prior experience in a sales role within HR outsourcing (payroll, PEO, or insurance) required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and manage time effectively, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and proof of insurance; ability to travel within the assigned territory.
