Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Staffing Services to lead our IT recruitment operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, and coordination to drive the growth of our IT staffing services business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruiting teams to handle high-volume hiring for US staffing recruitment roles
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to target multiple candidate channels
  • Partner with US-based leadership to build dynamic relationships with business leaders, recruiting managers, and business partners
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, engineering, or other relevant field from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years' experience leading recruiting teams to manage high-volume hiring processes for US staffing roles
  • Strong qualities of leadership, strategic resource planning, business strategy, stakeholder management, creative/lateral thinking, process orientation, problem-solving, and crisis management
  • Ability to develop and nurture cross-functional relationships within and outside the organization
  • Extensive experience using an applicant tracking system for managing the end-to-end sourcing process
