Job Overview

CMM Realty Inc. is in search of a dedicated and skilled Community Property Manager to oversee our properties. Previous experience in property management is essential.

Your exceptional customer service abilities will be crucial in delivering a remarkable living experience for our residents and in surpassing the expectations of potential residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries from residents and property owners
  • Managing and scheduling maintenance requests
  • Handling tasks for the Homeowners Association (HOA), including monitoring homeowner and renter insurance policies
  • Issuing lease violation or HOA violation notifications
  • Showcasing properties effectively, addressing concerns, fostering relationships, and generating enthusiasm
  • Maintaining relationships through outstanding customer service and assisting current residents with any issues
  • Communicating property-wide updates to residents and preparing bulletins regarding new policies approved by the Board of Directors
  • Assisting in the development of the operational budget and negotiating service contracts
  • Reviewing monthly financial statements for accuracy before submission to the Board of Directors
  • Managing income and expenses to meet budgetary goals
  • Conducting monthly property inspections
  • Preparing monthly Board of Director packets and attending monthly meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are recorded
  • Compiling annual meeting packets and participating in annual meetings
  • Collecting and depositing HOA fees in accordance with established policies
  • Engaging in all aspects of the multi-family housing sector with enthusiasm
  • Enforcing the rules and regulations set forth by the Association
  • Exhibiting a proactive attitude and a willingness to tackle challenges
