Client Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, address inquiries regarding equipment, billing, and payments, ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Handle emails and calls promptly to resolve customer queries and service-related concerns.
- Work autonomously to fulfill tasks and adhere to instructions with minimal oversight.
- Contribute to innovative and positive solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to address individual customer needs in a professional manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience in a customer service environment are advantageous.

Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Capability to sit and utilize computer and phone equipment for extended periods.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Aim for effective resolution of customer issues in a single interaction.
- Typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute with accuracy.
- Adept at using multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills with an empathetic approach.
- Willingness to engage in both inbound and outbound calls.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills with effective follow-up.
- Ability to think creatively and provide solutions on the spot.
- Maintain a strong attendance record.
- Open to constructive feedback and professional development.
- Pre-employment assessments are mandatory.
- Successful completion of background and drug screening is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
