Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Spear Management Group, Inc.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems, including HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring
* Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks
* Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
* Maintain accurate records of equipment services and repairs

Requirements:

* Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
* Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures
* Excellent attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
* Over 2 years of maintenance experience
* Knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
