Position Title:
Principal Electrical Engineer
Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly skilled Principal Electrical Engineer with a robust background of over 15 years in the field. This role encompasses the management and ownership of projects, starting from the initial requirements to the comprehensive design of the system.

In this capacity, you will spearhead the design team, focusing on technological advancement and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project execution rather than taking on traditional leadership or managerial duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, analyze, document, and support product testing.
  • Mentor and guide fellow engineers.
  • Review customer specifications and provide insights on budget and scheduling.
  • Support design for manufacturing requirements.
  • Engage in significant proposal preparations and collaborate with various teams to coordinate technical activities.

This position requires full-time onsite presence, adhering to a 9/80 work schedule based on project phases.

Essential Skills:
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Expertise in analog and power electronics, including POL supplies, isolated forward or flyback converters, and Class D amplifiers.
  • Familiarity with MIL standards, EMI testing, and simulations using LTspice.
  • Proficient in digital CCA design, FPGAs, microcontrollers, and high-speed transceivers.
  • Experience with Cadence/Allegro, Matlab, Mathcad, and FPGA tool suites.
  • Ability to guide PCB layout and review designs.

Employment Type: This is a Contract to Hire position with a duration of 12 months.
Work Environment: This role requires full-time onsite engagement with a 9/80 work schedule.
