Human Resources Coordinator

Pridestaff - Plantation, FL is seeking a reliable and dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support their clients HR department.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will create new employee packets, manage employee records, organize and update files, and prepare reports.
Daily tasks include answering phone calls, handling scheduling, ensuring the office calendar is current, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
- Compile and maintain company personnel records and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment efforts and update online job posting requirements.
- Coordinate HR projects, including meetings and surveys.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
- Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices is essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
This role requires the ability to submit to a background screen and drug test.
