Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for employees throughout their onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer benefits programs and address employee inquiries related to policies.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR leaders to implement HR initiatives and improve processes.
  • Track and report HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee documentation, including contracts, performance records, and compliance paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Human Resources (3 years of experience is required)
  • Payroll
  • Spanish (3 years of experience is required)
  • MS Office
  • Written Communication
  • HRIS (3 years of experience is required)
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $48,000 - $58,000 per year. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
