Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Apple Inc. as a Senior Product Manager - Cloud Infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap for a secure, scalable, and automated cloud platform.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of public cloud platforms with experience in one or more domains including cloud computing, AI/ML infrastructure, data platforms, storage, cloud security, and networking concepts. You will work closely with internal customer teams across Apple to understand product needs and collaborate with engineering teams to drive the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Apple's cloud infrastructure and services.
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of features and services.
- Collaborate with internal customer teams to understand product needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Apple to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in product management in a large enterprise cloud environment.
- Experience building product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
- Working knowledge of public cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/others) and awareness of current service offerings.
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure services and/or cloud technologies.
- Able to identify and explain challenges to both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Experience communicating engineering technical challenges that may affect business timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to influence and build consensus in a collaborative way.
- Comfortable dealing with challenging priorities spread across multiple customers.
