Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager with expertise in eCommerce and mobile platforms to enhance our offerings in the market. This role is designed for a full-time hybrid position that involves collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow product managers, engineering teams, and business partners to outline features and oversee projects from inception through design and development.
- Establish, negotiate, and oversee project scopes across diverse stakeholders and departments.
- Engage with leadership to provide updates on project statuses and adeptly manage evolving circumstances.
- Ensure validation and verification of project outputs while advocating for superior quality standards.
- Proactively identify innovative solutions to challenges that arise, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree combined with a minimum of 5 years in product or project management, specifically managing digital initiatives with consumer-facing applications (e-commerce and mobile preferred).
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects across creative and development teams.
- Exceptional presentation skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of influencing and fostering internal relationships.
- Ability to grasp the overarching vision while effectively executing detailed processes.
- Capacity to operate under tight deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities and deliverables.
- Experience navigating large, complex organizations with competing priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Field of Study: Must possess an undergraduate degree in business, management information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- PMI Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- 8+ years of experience in product or project management, particularly with digital projects that focus on consumer engagement (e-commerce and mobile are ideal).

- Skilled in navigating large, matrixed organizations with diverse priorities.
Work Environment:
The role primarily involves office-based tasks, requiring the ability to perform essential functions effectively. This includes prolonged periods of sitting, active engagement in communication, and data entry on a computer.
