To achieve this, we seek a Senior Product Manager, Affordability Programs, to help us deliver outstanding results.


The Apple Store Online Product Management team is responsible for shaping the roadmap and execution of technological advancements, envisioning the future of online retail.

We are dedicated to creating an online shopping experience that reflects the excellence of the Apple brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global partners across various functions, including Commercial Programs, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Legal, to define and implement eCommerce affordability initiatives.
  • Articulate eCommerce product features related to ownership, loyalty, digital payments, financing, and leasing programs.
  • Ensure project timelines are adhered to and that teams remain productive throughout the phases of concept, design, and development.
  • Facilitate meetings and manage project statuses across multiple teams while fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse perspectives and encourages curiosity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management and Project/Program Management within eCommerce or consumer digital environments.
  • Experience with Payments and Financing Programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management and Project/Program Management within eCommerce or consumer digital environments.
  • Experience in defining or enhancing customer experiences related to affordability initiatives, such as loyalty or financing programs.
  • Strong understanding of user experience and business insights.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on historical and market trends.

Demonstrated knowledge of technical ecosystems, with the ability to communicate complex information to a broad audience. Capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels to keep key stakeholders informed and involved in decision-making processes.

Ability to navigate tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and deliverables. Uphold Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in all activities.

Education:

B.A./B.S. Degree

Compensation & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs, including restricted stock unit awards and discounted stock purchases through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments, as well as relocation assistance.
