Possess comprehensive knowledge of the creative workflow, demonstrating exceptional design and production capabilities, consistently producing top-notch work with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in mechanical production and skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Highly experienced in photo retouching, as well as using Sketch and Bridge.
Demonstrated experience in executing creative design directives across multiple platforms.
Ability to interpret sketches, preliminary digital layouts, and verbal instructions effectively.
Capable of identifying when projects may deviate from expectations and seeking guidance from senior creative personnel. Proactively solicits feedback and adjusts work with minimal oversight.
Strong collaboration skills, maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations and navigating ambiguity. Experienced in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
Self-driven, motivated, and adept at problem-solving, with the ability to manage various projects independently and with minimal supervision.
Highly skilled in collaborating with diverse teams, including creative, project management, events, photography, editing, and content.
