Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define features and manage projects from concept to design to development.
  • Define, negotiate, and manage project scope across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Work closely with the client's leadership team to ensure they are informed and knowledgeable about projects and can navigate changing situations.
  • Provide validation and verification on project deliverables and promote exceptional quality standards.
  • Identify creative solutions to issues that arise in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of product and/or project management experience managing digital projects with consumer-facing experiences (e-commerce and mobile are ideal).
  • Experience managing multiple projects across creative, development, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convince and rally others and manage internal relationships.
  • Ability to understand the big picture and overarching mission, as well as move to tactical execution and follow complex processes.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, responding to shifting priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations with multiple competing priorities.
