As part of the Apple Store Online team, we manage Apple's largest digital storefront. Our primary objective is to provide a seamless and personalized shopping experience for customers, ensuring they feel uniquely valued.

To achieve this extraordinary vision, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Affordability Programs, to drive impactful initiatives.


The Apple Store Online Product Management team is responsible for shaping the roadmap and execution of technical capabilities that define the future of online retail.

We are dedicated to creating an online shopping experience that reflects the excellence of the Apple brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global partners across various functions, including Commercial Programs, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Legal, to establish and execute eCommerce affordability initiatives.
  • Define product features related to ownership, loyalty, digital payments, financing, and leasing options.
  • Ensure project timelines are met and teams remain productive throughout the stages of concept, design, and development.
  • Facilitate meetings and manage project statuses across multiple teams while promoting an inclusive environment that respects diverse perspectives and encourages curiosity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management and Project/Program Management, specifically in e-commerce or consumer digital experiences.
  • Experience with Payments and Financing Programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management and Project/Program Management, with a focus on eCommerce or consumer digital experiences.
  • Expertise in defining or enhancing customer experiences related to affordability programs, including loyalty and financing.
  • Strong understanding of user experience and business strategy.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.

Demonstrated knowledge of technical ecosystems, with the capability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels to keep key stakeholders engaged and informed.

Ability to critically assess and discuss important issues, identifying optimal outcomes for customers.

Capacity to work under tight deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities and deliverables.

Exemplifies Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

B.A./B.S. Degree.

Compensation & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, with opportunities for growth as you develop within your role.

Apple employees can also participate in discretionary employee stock programs, including restricted stock unit awards and discounted stock purchases through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Additional Benefits Include:

Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a variety of discounted products and services, and reimbursement for certain educational expenses related to career advancement at Apple.

This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
