About the RoleCompunnel Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Equipment Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that office equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will provide routine support and maintenance for various types of office equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving basic equipment issues will ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management, coordinating equipment movements, and serving as the primary point of contact for equipment-related inquiries and support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver contracted customer services such as copying, faxing, printing, and scanning.
2. Diagnose and resolve basic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
3. Maintain inventory of supplies and track usage to ensure timely restocking.
4. Ensure agreed-upon uptime for copier fleet and other office equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks.
5. Collect meter readings and submit them for billing purposes to maintain accurate records.
6. Manage the Move/Add/Change (MAC) of office equipment and assets, coordinating deliveries and removals to streamline operations.
7. Log and track customer jobs electronically using specialized software to enhance productivity.
8. Apply asset tags to office equipment and update related databases to maintain accurate records.
9. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing faxes, tracking for billing purposes to ensure seamless communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Basic knowledge of PC functions, including keyboard, mouse, and MS Word/Excel to perform data entry tasks.
2. Ability to perform data entry, print, save, and format workbooks efficiently.
3. Proficient in sending and receiving emails, opening, and saving files with ease.
4. Familiar with web browsing using Internet Explorer to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
5. Able to perform basic math functions such as division, multiplication, and percentages to calculate costs and revenues.
6. Professional demeanor and maturity in customer service to provide exceptional support.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
