Role Summary:

As a Strategic Intelligence Specialist within Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) TAC data discovery system to fulfill their intelligence needs by:

  • Collaborating closely with clients to formulate information requests and translating them into effective queries and grids for daily operations.
  • Providing hands-on support by analyzing specific data cases and suggesting queries and analytic frameworks to continuously monitor key elements of interest.
  • Creating search queries and grid sets to facilitate teamwork across various programs.
  • Delivering training sessions on system usage for client personnel through diverse formats, including in-person workshops and virtual collaboration.
  • Conducting quality control and content administration of the analytic query database.
  • Managing user accounts for the TAC system.
  • Assisting the program manager in preparing comprehensive reports.
  • Engaging with fellow analysts and program managers to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding of expectations.
  • Traveling to client sites as needed to provide on-site training or TAC user support, with estimated travel requirements up to 10%.
  • Supporting broader business objectives, including participation in proposals and assignments across various programs.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this demanding role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Education: Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and 6 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Required Skills:
    • Active TS/SCI clearance.
    • Expertise in the analytic use of computer-based analysis or query tools in an intelligence context.
    • Experience in training on analytic tools in various settings, including classrooms and small group sessions.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Familiarity with the TAC tool or experience as a TAC System Specialist.
    • Experience with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) components.
    • Knowledge of intelligence analysis tools such as RMT, DataXplorer, and others.

Work Environment:

This position does not currently offer telework or remote work options.

Compensation:

Salary is based on experience and qualifications, with a general range provided for guidance.
