Channel Sales Manager

Job Summary

As a Channel Account Manager at 8x8, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in a designated geographic territory. You will work closely with Regional Partners, Sub-agents, and branches of National Partners to develop highly productive reseller and referral partner relationships. Your goal will be to consistently achieve quota attainment as assigned by management and provide accurate and detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast funnels of identified and proposed opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Discover and manage sales opportunities with all designated Partners in region
* Provide accurate and updated sales funnel with current status
* Manage and execution of Partner planning document
* Develop territory plan, including documenting recruiting strategy
* Meet with Partners, participate in joint sales calls to customers and assist the Partner in closing opportunities

Requirements

* 5+ years of related experience in the Channel with Channel Partners
* Proven success of building strong relationships and partnerships
* Advanced understanding of company's telecommunications products and network capabilities
* Minimum of intermediate understanding of company financial measures and advanced understanding of telecommunications industry and indirect sales model

* Competitive salary range: $173,250.00 - $288,750.00
