Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales and Customer Service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
