Position: Safekeeping Operations Supervisor at Chrysalis Center Inc
Position Summary: The Safekeeping Operations at Chrysalis Center Inc is responsible for managing all aspects of personal property storage and housekeeping contracts. The Safekeeping Operations Supervisor oversees daily activities at their assigned location, ensuring efficient operations and providing support to transitional employees. This role is pivotal in maintaining relationships with clients and may extend supervisory assistance to other teams within the organization as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management & Client Relations
- Execute essential tasks related to housekeeping and property management.
- Provide outstanding client service through effective and professional communication.
- Ensure compliance with all client specifications as outlined in contracts.
- Uphold current safety protocols across all operational activities.
- Engage with various stakeholders to address requests and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Supervise transitional employees to guarantee professional and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and address any concerns immediately.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
Employee Development & Guidance
- Instruct employees on their roles, safety measures, and proper equipment handling.
- Guide transitional employees, offering constructive feedback in a nurturing environment.
General Responsibilities
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Support the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
