Position Summary: The Safekeeping Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily management of Chrysalis Center Inc's Personal Property Safe Storage Facilities and associated housekeeping contracts. This role requires effective collaboration with transitional employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while providing professional support through a trauma-informed lens. The Supervisor acts as the main point of contact for all clients utilizing the Safekeeping services and may extend supervisory assistance to other teams within the organization as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management & Client Relations
- Execute essential tasks related to housekeeping and property storage operations.
- Provide outstanding client service through clear and professional communication.
- Ensure compliance with all client requirements as per service agreements.
- Maintain current safety protocols across all operational activities.
- Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, addressing requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise transitional employees on a daily basis to guarantee timely and professional completion of work.
- Conduct quality assessments and promptly report any identified issues.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
Employee Development & Guidance
- Instruct employees on their job duties, safety practices, and appropriate equipment usage.
- Provide mentorship to transitional employees, offering constructive feedback in a supportive environment.
General Responsibilities
- Comply with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Genuine interest and experience working with the Chrysalis client demographic.
- Ability to mentor and assist the client employee population effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
- Proven professionalism and commitment to quality assurance.
- Excellent time management skills and proactive initiative.
- Willingness to learn and adapt technology for operational requirements.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and compliance with insurance prerequisites.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and remain standing throughout the work shift.
