**Program Supervisor III**
The Program Supervisor III plays a crucial role in the success of our organization by providing expert guidance and administrative support to program staff. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a large program, serving clients with complex needs, or providing multiple services across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise program staff, providing expertise and monitoring service delivery to achieve grant objectives;
- Provide direct supervision of professional and operational staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles;
- Collaborate with the Director to implement policies, procedures, and forms that facilitate the effective operation of intensive case management and delivery of high-quality services;
- Steward program assets and budget, overseeing asset protection measures and ensuring compliance with VOALA policies and procedures;
- Coordinate outreach and collaboration efforts with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (or related discipline) or a combination of relevant education and experience (4 years);
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a social services organization (leading programs, projects, or staff);
- Preferred qualifications include a Master of Social Work or discipline related to Program services, prior experience as a supervisor or team leader managing 10 or more individuals, and experience with managing public contacts and report development for public funders.
