6. Maintaining accurate records of all shipping activities, including tracking details, costs, and delivery schedules.

8. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to logistics and shipping.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Logistics Operations Supervisor position will possess:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or freight, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, showcasing strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Comprehensive understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations and procedures.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capability to effectively resolve shipping-related issues.

6. Proficiency in utilizing shipping software and related IT systems.
